NEW YORK: Each year 4 million people are died from substandard food, WHO. In developed and least developed countries deficiency of clean and quality food and these countries do not focus to improve the quality of food. As a result more than 4 million people lost their precious lives, whereas more than 600 million people are affected and hunted of various diseases.
The United Nation (UN)’s World Health Organization (WHO) warned in its report that on account of these inferior foods, diseases are enhancing and out of sight every 10 persons a person hunts of it mostly children are in large quantity while in the 600 million affected people 40 % are children who are less than 5 years. WHO said during presenting data on nutritional diseases that Government and Industries must enhance inspection in connecting with farms, farm’s land and plate, so quality food availability may ensure.
Experts say that Nutritional diseases are usually produced through bacteria, Salmonella, viruses, parasites, toxins and chemicals which commonly make reason of Nausea, diarrhea and vomiting, on the other hand long and deadly diseases can be from them in which cancer, kidney and liver disorders, mental balance, epilepsy and arthritis are included.
The WHO Food Safety Department, Director says that the data presented relating to nutritional diseases has been prepared extremely carefully, whereas he has belief that the quantity of affected people is more enough, in it Foods, not counting just non-standard element rather Food preparation and sales elements both are included. He further added that the problem of poor food spreads as a result of global trade because when a country exports inferior food to another country, so it spoils complete chain system, therefore in the end of food chain of many countries means streets filled with food vendors’ germs and bacteria are also enhancing health problems rapidly.
University of Florida Expert says it is extremely needed that amount spend on the training of street vendors so, to stop this way which produces diseases. It was stated in report that most of deaths occurred of poor people in developing countries but in Europe and America people were affected by it in large quantity. According to report most people died in Africa and South Asia in which there is a big quantity of children who were less than 5 years.
In the preparation of WHO report more than 15 scientist and experts were participated and worked hard.
