Maria Sharapova out from U.S Open.


NEW YORK: The Russian Tennis Star Maria Sharapova has been out from the first round of U.S Open due to an injury in leg.

Five times Grand Slam Winning Maria Sharapova after the defeat by Serena Williams in the Wimbledon semi finals did not at play any match and because of the leg injury she encounters in August in Toronto and Cincinnati were withdrawn.

It was said by her in contract with tweeter in her message that unfortunately I cannot participate in U.S Open this year. I strived a lot for it but that time was not enough.

She apologized to her fans and also assured to them that hereinafter few weeks when completely recovery will have done she will seen in action once again.

This is the second chance in recent two years that 28 years old tennis star will not able to participate last Grand Slam competition of the year.

It was announced by U.S Tennis Association that on the place of Maria Sharapova her country girl Daria Kasatkina has been the part of the event.
