A pressure that moves blood through our circulatory system on the walls of blood vessels.Blood pressure is an important force because oxygen and nutrients are put around our circulatory system for the nourishment of tissues and organs.

this is an important mark, along with the body temperature, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation and, heart rate. Normal blood pressure in an adult should be 120 millimeters of systolic, and 80 millimeters of diastolic, abbreviated “120/80 mmHg”. the pressure in large arteries of the systemic circulation is usually referred to by blood pressure. the systolic pressure (maximum during one heartbeat) over diastolic pressure (minimum in between two heartbeats) usually represents Blood pressure and measured in millimeters (mmHg), upon the atmospheric pressure (considered to be zero). The blood pressure is manifested as systolic/diastolic blood pressure, for example, 120/80 is normal level blood pressure.

Types Of Blood Pressure :

Hypotension:(less than 90/60)

It is the low blood pressure, A blood pressure reading occurs as two numbers.

the low blood pressure, in the arteries of the systemic circulation. the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries is blood pressure. A systolic blood pressure of fewer than 90 millimeters and diastolic is less than 60( mm Hg ) is usually supposed to be hypotension. The main signs of low blood pressure lightheadedness, dizziness, and fainting.

In the other condition, some people exercise daily and they are in good physical condition, so in that case, low blood pressure is a sign of good health and fitness.

Low blood pressure or hypotension may be occurred by lack of water in our body this is called dehydration .in this case, our body needs a large amount of water, so we should drink more water as far as we can.

Signs and Symptoms:

The main or basic symptoms of hypotension are lightheadedness or dizziness. Fainting may have occurred, If the blood pressure is enough low, there may be so many symptoms as the signs of low blood pressure some are below:

Prehypertension is known as high normal blood pressure, is a precondition of hypertension or high blood pressure ,that means In which you are likely to be a high blood pressure patient, According to an American medical report  the blood pressure of  prehypertension  patient is slightly increased than normal blood pressure .in spite of this, it is not considered as hypertension . Blood pressure reading of prehypertension should be systolic pressure from 120 to 139 mm Hg or a diastolic pressure from 80 to 89 mm Hg. Moreover of this reading is supposed to be hypertension.

This type of blood pressure can be classified into two stages. Approximately 90–95% cases are the primary stage, They can be defined as high blood pressure patient because of wrong or bad lifestyle and their genetic factors. Lifestyle can increase the risk contains excess salt in the meal, smoking, over body weight, and use alcohol. The rest 5–10%  cases are defined as secondary high blood pressure, because of recognizable causes such as an endocrine disorder, chronic kidney disease, use of birth control pills or narrowing of the kidney arteries.

Blood pressure can be represented by two measurements, the systolic and diastolic pressures, those are the maximum and minimum pressures. For adults, normal blood pressure should be in the range of 100–130 millimeters (mmHg) systolic and 60–80 mmHg diastolic.

Lifestyle changes contain physical exercise, weight loss, decreased salt intake, healthy diet.
